CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

To create your customer account and be able to shop online, click on "Connection" at the top right of the site. Then enter your e-mail address in the dedicated box and let yourself be guided.

To change your account information, log into your account. You can modify your information in "personal information".

If you have forgotten your password, enter the login e-mail address for your account, Click on "Forgotten password" on the login page. You will receive a message allowing you to reset your password. Remember to check your junk mailbox if you don't receive it.

To receive our news and be informed of our exclusive offers, enter your e-mail address in the Newsletter section at the bottom of the site's home page.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any communications you receive. Then enter your e-mail address in the dedicated box and click on "Validate".

In accordance with applicable regulations, the information you send us to process your order is only used within the framework of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances may this information be shared with third parties or resold and you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are only used as part of your payment with our secure payment partner. We do not keep any banking information about you.

You can create a list of your favorite items from the product sheets by clicking on the heart. You will need to have created your account on our online store beforehand. You will find your Whishlist in your personal space and can add the items to your basket.

You can also move the products in your basket to your Wishlist.

This does not mean that the products are reserved.

Share your Wishlist with your friends by selecting items from the list and clicking on "Share" to let them know what you want.

ORDERED

To place an order on the online store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse the site by searching by type of article or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to cart".

Then access your basket and click on “Confirm my order”.

The availability of an item corresponds to its availability in stock. If the product cannot be added to the basket, you can subscribe to an email alert (if it is available), in order to be informed of its arrival in stock. You can also contact our customer service if you cannot find a particular item on the site.

Once your order is finalized, an e-mail is sent to you to confirm that it has been taken into account. It will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and unless otherwise specified when validating your basket). If it was passed on a Friday, it will be shipped within 48 hours from the following Monday.

You are kept informed by email of the preparation and shipment of your package. You can also follow the status of your order from your customer account.

I have not received confirmation of my order, what should I do?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a link by email allowing you to track your package.

It is not possible to modify an order that has already been confirmed. However, we can cancel it if it is still being prepared and not shipped, so that you can make a new one later. In this case, contact us by phone: +33 9 53 08 30 44, or by email at contact@indiennesdenimes.fr.

We accept the following payments: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

For Paypal or Apple Pay orders, these will only be processed once your PayPal or Apple Pay transaction has been approved.

For payment by check, the customer must print the order form, accompanied by his check payable to "LC2C - Le Comptoir de Camargue" at the following address: LC2C - Le Comptoir de Camargue, 5 rue de la Republic 30220 AIGUES MORTES. No cash payment should be sent. Only checks issued by a French bank will be accepted. The order will be shipped after receipt of the corresponding check, subject to provisions.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following week).

Once your order has arrived at the post office or pick-up point, you have 10 days to pick it up.

If you have chosen a Click & Collect, you have 15 days to collect your order.

If you have chosen home delivery but are not at home when the carrier arrives, a calling card will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the transit slip filed by the postman and an identity document to collect it.

If you still have not received your package after 8 days and you have not been left with a delivery notice, remember to check the status of your package on the Colissimo or Chronopost site, depending on the delivery method chosen. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us by post.


Items cannot be returned to the store. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

"Garage sale" products are not taken back or exchanged.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

Check your junk mail or “spam” box. If after 48 hours, you have not received an e-mail (confirmation of your order, reset password etc.), do not hesitate to contact us by phone: +33 9 53 08 30 44 , or by email at contact@indiennesdenimes.fr.

If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or the expiration date are correct. Check with your banking institution that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, our customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.
